We reviewed several of the largest insurance companies on the market including AA, Aviva, Axa, Churchill, Direct Line, Halifax, John Lewis, Legal & General, LV, More Than.

How to calculate customers and policy scores
We calculated customer scores using a combination of overall customer satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending a provider to a friend.
We calculated the policy score by evaluating the most important elements of the policy including personal possession amount, renewal fee, interest expense due to installment payment.
How to calculate scores
Customer score
Customer score, generally are based on 4,747 people of the general of the respondents of the survey, has been used in combination with the possibility to recommend and overall satisfaction, the provider to a friend. If two or more brands show the same overall score, they will be ranked in the next decimal place. A minimum of 30 sample sizes are required to provide.
Policy score
Policy score is an evaluation of the quality of the standard insurance a comparison of the 49 elements of the 35 elements and content insurance of the insurance contract of the building. Provider, you must receive a minimum sample size of 30 respondents.
Total score
Total score consists of 50% of customer score and 25% of building and content policy score respectively.
